Making A Purchase Could Not Be Easier: Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We like the security of PayPal but happily accept all major card payments.
When confirmation of your order is received, an email will be sent to you and our packing “crew” to indicate that we have received your order.
Shipping And Handling We use Royal Mail to despatch your dogs’ new chew/s. We are pleased that they are our chosen delivery partner. We are not responsible for any delays they suffer.
Delivery Schedule Orders submitted before 1pm will be despatched the same day. Orders taken after 1pm on a Friday will be despatched on the Monday.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, you are passed to Paypal to process your payment. We have no access to your credit card details, making a secure transaction guaranteed
Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Appearance of chew We receive our Premium quality, naturally cast, deer Antlers from a number of sources and because of this you will find chews of similar size will differ in appearance. We will sell by weight bands.
